郭書瑄博士，台灣基隆人。

荷蘭萊登大學社會與藝術研究中心博士。曾任科技部人文社會科學研究中心博士後研究員、清華大學南大校區(前新竹師範大學)兼任助理教授。現定居柏林，身兼作家、通訊記者、線上課程教師與藝術顧問等多重身份。

Dr. Jessie Kerspe  (née Shu Hsuan Kuo) was born in Taipei, Taiwan.

After receiving her doctoral degree at Leiden University Centre for the Arts in Society, NL, Jessie worked as a postdoctoral researcher and also as an adjunct assistant professor at the Department of Art and Design, NHUE, TW.
Since she moved to Berlin, Jessie has been working as an independent author, correspondent, and art consultant for auction house.
